“Although I did not use your company to clean my carpets, I can speak highly of the thorough & professional job that was done to abate the mold problem in my attic, Todd & Tim worked very hard to complete the job in the specified time and were extremely careful to contain the affected area during the cleanup. Todd & Tim were careful to clean up before leaving each day and they explained what they were doing. The only suggestion I would make would be to tell clients to crack open a window when the HEPPA Filter is running – I had trouble with the creation of a negative pressure in the house and problems with my furnace because I did not have enough air to exchange. The second suggestion would be to cover all areas around the paint sprayer apparatus to avoid necessity of cleaning up from spray-mist that permeated everything.
